Psychotherapy Focused on the Individual
As a licensed professional counselor in Philadelphia, PA, my top priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where growth and healing can occur. I specialize in trauma-informed care and complex cases, taking the time to understand each person's unique challenges and goals through active listening and open, honest communication.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy tailored to your individual needs. I believe psychotherapy is a deeply collaborative process — you bring your goals, and I bring over a decade of clinical experience to help you achieve them. If you’re ready to take that first step, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you. Reach out today to schedule a consultation.
Now accepting Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Oxford through Headway.
“Trauma-informed care is not just about understanding the past; it’s about creating a safe and empowering future.”
My Services
-

Individual Therapy
I offer personalized psychotherapy for both adolescents and adults, utilizing a range of methods that combine modern cognitive techniques, mindfulness-based stress reduction tools, and trauma-informed approaches with open and honest conversations. Whether you prefer teletherapy or in-person appointments, both options are available to you.
-

Trauma-Focused Therapy
Trauma-focused psychotherapy uses different techniques to help people process traumatic experiences. Some involve visualizing, talking, or thinking about the traumatic memory. Other approaches focus on decreasing specific symptoms associated with the traumatic event.
-

Clinical Supervision
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide clinical supervision to assist individuals in obtaining their licensure. With over a decade of experience working with diverse populations, I have expertise in cognitive and humanistic techniques and can provide a range of treatment modalities.
A Brief Introduction
I have spent over ten years as a licensed psychotherapist in Philadelphia, helping people navigate some of life’s toughest challenges — including complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions that leave you feeling uncertain about who you are or where you’re going.
My approach combines trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. That means I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach — I work to understand what you’re carrying and craft a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. I offer in-person sessions in Center City Philadelphia and telehealth options for clients across Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, I am passionate about nature, philosophy, and music. These interests are more than hobbies; they shape my thinking, awareness, and approach to complexity. I believe a therapist who keeps growing personally is better prepared to assist clients effectively same.

The first session is primarily a conversation — an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space from the very start.
